Uniting robot technology and utility: Automating the process of repairing utility pipes. We are currently focusing on the drinking water segment. 
The implementation of robot technology can improve the efficiency, safety, and environmental impact in the process.

Our value proposition

NRW

  • We aim to improve installations and decrease future leakages, save water and reduce NRW.
  • Non-revenue water is the difference between water that is distributed and water that is invoiced – a measure of water lost in the pipe-network.
  • One of the main contributors to the Danish NRW are new leakages.

WASTE

  • We strive to decrease the resource waste in the pipe repair process. 
  • Currently, during pipe repair operations, large trenches are being excavated, and huge amounts of soil is being landfilled.
  • Our robotic solution requires a much smaller operating space, reducing the need for disposing large amounts of soil.

DATA

  • We aim to improve documentation and create transparency through a standardized process and a more thorough data collection.
  • Data can help to gain more insight to leakages and the prevention of it.

EXPENSES

  • The implementation of the robot solution will contribute to decreased expenses in several cost categories in the pipe repair process including labour, landfilling, transportation, excavtion etc. 

TIME

  • We aim to eliminate the project’s waiting time for skilled workers and increase the project’s efficiency.
  • ALLin1 solution, the process will be automated and precise, making the repairs more efficient.

LABOR

  • Our solution will create safer working conditions by reducing the need for strenuous physical labour. 
  • The current pipe repair process is performed with high intensity physical labour.
